Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date on eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, stains, and odors.

  • Final sale items, accessories, hats, bodysuits, intimates, and jewelry are non-returnable.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at facingwestboutiquellc@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Please note:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at facingwestboutiquellc@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.
